Restaurant Booking Conditions
All table bookings are required to pay a £10 per person pre-payment and to authorise the capture of valid credit card details. Pre-payments are non-refundable but redeemable against the final food and drink bill for the corresponding table booking only. Amendments or cancellations must be made with the following notice and apply to the original number of people the reservation was made for: 1-5 people: 24 hours; 6-9 people 72 hours; 10 and above: 14 days; private dining room & preorder parties: 14 days unless specified otherwise in private correspondence. With correct notice, your pre-payment will be carried to a future date up to 1 additional time. If correct notice is not given, in the event of a no-show or if your party drops in number, we reserve the right to keep your pre-payment and charge your card an additional £40 per person booked. Tardiness in excess of 20 minutes may result in the re-allocation of a later timeslot or the cancellation of your booking, where the late cancellation policy will be enforced.
Additional space in the restaurant will not be reserved for tables booked in the garden should the weather prohibit dining outside
The proprietors shall accept no liability for all actual or alleged loss, liability, damage, compensation, injury, sickness, disease, death, medical payment, defence cost, cost, expense or any other amount, directly or indirectly and regardless of any other cause contributing concurrently or in any sequence, originating from, caused by, arising out of, contributed to by, resulting from, or otherwise in connection with a Communicable Disease or the fear or threat (whether actual or perceived) of a Communicable Disease.
